Adult Yoga

Vinyasa Level 1

Basic level class geared to introducing the foundation of the Asana practice. Class is dynamic but not too challenging. Starting with nice warm ups, sequences are creative and intelligently designed to open the body smoothly and progressively. You get a bit of a workout, but not too tiring. You will leave de-stressed and energized feeling open and alive.

Vinyasa Level 2

Moderately paced class is perfect for students seeking a challenging and invigorating workout, training for strength, endurance and flexibility. This vinyasa class synchronizes breath with progressive series of postures producing internal heat, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body and a calm mind.

Vinyasa Level 3

Advanced level class that builds on the foundations established in Level 1 and Level 2. Advanced postures, arm balances, inversions and dynamic movements are used to build complex, creative sequences. This is a vigorous class that encourages advanced level poses and variations. An opportunity to create an internal experience of strength and stability which parallels our outer work.

Ashtanga 1

This class is perfect for those unfamiliar to the Ashtanga method, or those working on the fundamentals of the practice. Students will be led through the first half of the Ashtanga Primary Series that will improve flexibility and endurance. Modifications for beginners and opportunities to explore more challenging postures will be included.

Friday Night Yoga

Hit the weekend strong with this fun and lively class! We’ll piece the postures we love together into interactive and challenging sequences. This is the class where all levels are welcome to come and try the unexpected!

Inner Axis Breath and Flow

Based on Max Strom’s “Inner Axis” style of yoga, this class teaches sustainable life practices that focus directly on reducing stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness. Classes incorporate breath based yoga movement and mindfulness, and offer several levels to accommodate varying ages and abilities.

Gentle Yoga

This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Gentle Flow, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably.This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level. Also the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations

Basic Yoga

A slow, and alignment focused yoga class. This classes is designed to give you time to feel your own body within each pose, and to build strength and find length in each pose.
Expect to work through basic yoga poses, and create a practice of awareness and observation both on the mat and into life.
This class is perfect for beginners, as well as for the seasoned yogi looking to reconnect to the fundamentals of alignment.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is not just for seniors. Are you recovering an injury that may limit your mobility. Do you have a disability but still need to keep your body and mind active or are you a senior looking to keep your body in the best condition possible. You can perform most yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation techniques from a chair. All levels

Yogalates Sculpt

When you blend strength training, Yoga and Pilates, Yogalates Sculp is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with Yoga and Pilates sequencing to intensify each Yoga/Pilates pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and push-ups.

Prenatal Yoga – Active Flow

Specially designed for the pregnant body, this class prepares the mother-to-be for the birthing and postpartum experiences. Prenatal yoga develops strength and stamina, increases bodily awareness, and deepens the bond between mother and her baby. The regular practice of yoga while pregnant, supports those desiring a natural birth. It has been shown to relieve many common discomforts during pregnancy and can reduce the risk of complications during the birthing process. Birth, when aided by yoga, can become a relaxed, focused and positive experience.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal class is a gentle hatha style yoga practice for moms to be. Safe stretches help your mind and body find peace with all of the changes going on. We work on calming our senses with our breath and reassuring poses. This class is great for baby too! Charaka Samhita – Sanskrit for “peaceful mother, peaceful baby”

Children’s Yoga

Baby Yoga 1

Parent/Infant (6 Weeks-Crawling)

This class is designed to foster the emotional connection between baby and parent/caregiver. A good sign that baby is ready for class (6-8 weeks and on) is when they are smiling and/or clearly recognizing faces. Class activities will include centering/grounding, poses focused on digestion, arm and leg movement, tummy time, high energy (bouncing/standing) poses, circle and community time, and will also include some movement for adults, ending with massage for baby, and a few quiet moments for rest and bonding. Class will be 45-60 minutes in length. Please bring a yoga mat, extra blanket for your baby to lie/sit on, and a small toy. Dress yourself comfortably for movement.

Baby and Me

Parent/Infant (6 Weeks-Crawling)

New parents face challenges, post delivery issues, lack of sleep, an entire new life; all along with the bliss of loving your little creation. Bring your infant to Baby and Me yoga. Get some exercise, bond with your baby and begin friendships with others going through the same things as you. 6 weeks to crawling

Tot Yoga

Parent/Toddler (Crawling-Age 2)

Class is structured to flow together while incorporating movement, music, and interaction with parent and others in class. Starting with a centering activity and warm-up, we move into a circle activity, then move around the room before working on all fours and bellies. Games and creative movement area highlight before a final circle activity and a short relaxation time to finish class.

Toddler and Me

Parent/Toddler (Age 2-4)

A fun and playful class introducing children to breathwork, poses, and relaxation while participating in movement, songs, games, stories, and crafts when appropriate. Children learn through repetition and routines so this class will follow a familiar structure and routine each session, allowing opportunities for social interaction and caregiver participation. Parents may fully participate in class but no yoga experience or yoga mat is required. Simply wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to move.

Kid’s Yoga 1

Age 4-6

This playful class uses yoga poses, music, stories and creative movement to spark imagination and release energy. We will build self expression and social skills, as well as learn safe ways to strengthen, focus and calm our bodies.

Kid’s Yoga 2

Age 7-9

This class builds strength, flexibility and coordination as children learn more dynamic and challenging poses. Partner work and yoga games are emphasized to foster respect for self and others, while breathing and visualization practices teach self awareness and centering.

Tween Yoga

Age 10-12

This class offers flowing sequences infused with music, yoga philosophy and basic anatomy to create a dynamic experience for budding yogis. Children will build positive self awareness, self esteem and learn stress management tools through breathing and meditation/ visualization exercises.

Storytime Yoga

Strong Walkers-Age 4

Story time comes alive with song and yoga poses. Stories are carefully selected that naturally lend themselves to yoga. As we read, we’ll come across animals and elements of nature that we know from yoga…we’ll pause the story, do the yoga pose, then continue the story. 30 minute class

Family Yoga

Age 4 & up

This class invites children and their families of any size to explore yoga together. We’ll play yoga games and explore poses all while building confidence, strong bodies and calm minds. Partner poses are emphasized to create healthy bonding and foster compassion. Positive self expression and communication skills are modeled and encouraged.

Teen Flow

Teenagers, perhaps more than anyone, need to ease the everyday stresses and pressures of their lives. Come and find out what all the buzz is about, why yoga is such a cool thing to be doing and learn a sequence of yoga moves. A yoga class is the perfect pause in between the hectic worlds of school, friends, girlfriends, boyfriends and studying.


Restorative with Reiki

A 60-minute class which begins with 40-minutes of gentle, meditative practice that uses props to fully support the body in each pose. This allows the body to completely relax, revitalize and restore energy as well as release tension. Restorative yoga is beneficial for yoga students at any level needing a gentler yoga experience.The final 20 minutes include a guided meditation in the restorative class.

Guided meditation is a form of stress relief that is conducive to relaxing the whole body, in part by finding a way of peaceful and calming relaxation from within. You will be guided on your own personal journey by one of our dynamic teachers.

A Reiki practitioner will also be available to provide Reiki during the guided meditation portion of class.

Yoga for Autism/Special Needs

Creative Relaxation

This class is designed to meet the unique needs of teens and adults with special needs. Visual supports and a slower paced yet active class will help build strength and flexibility. Mindfulness and breathing exercises will be taught as tools to help balance the nervous system, assist with self-regulation, and manage stress. Classes may include art projects or other hands-on activities that support the class theme.
