Let your cares go

Relaxation

A gentle massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes to help you relax. Massage is performed at a slower pace and uses lighter pressure. Less emphasis on working out underlying muscle tension. This service will allow you to drift away and simply feel good.

Therapeutic

Soft tissue therapy which improves the functioning of the muscular, circulatory, lymphatic, skeletal and nervous systems. It may improve the rate in which the body recovers from injury or illness.

Prenatal

Massage during pregnancy may reduce stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension, aids in better sleep, relieves depression and anxiety caused by hormonal changes and more. It is a wonderful complimentary choice for prenatal care.

Cranial Sacral

Cranial sacral therapy (craniosacral therapy) is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain. This therapy may provide relief of pain from injuries, migraine headaches, neck and back pain, temporomandibular joint disorder and more.

Thai

Thai massage is a form of body work that is becoming increasingly popular in the West. A traditional Thai massage incorporates an ancient combination of acupressure, energy meridian work, and yoga-like stretching for an invigorating and balancing experience.

Thai massage improves circulation, flexibility, muscle tone, and is the perfect complement to any exercise routine.

Reiki

Reiki is an ancient force of energetic healing that encourages a state of equilibrium, relaxation and self-healing. Reiki touch therapy has similar effects as massage, relieving stress, pain and symptoms of various health problems. Although, unlike massage, the Reiki Practitioner does not pull or massage the muscles; but instead focuses energy by simply placing their hands on various places of the body.
