TRX Yoga

Enhance your yoga practice with our Yoga TRX class. TRX suspension training adds a new dimension to your yoga practice by introducing more play into your practice as the straps assists in safely working toward challenging poses such as inversions, arm balances and backbends. With the assistance of TRX you also learn which muscles you need to engage in a pose without supporting all of your bodyweight or worrying about falling, this kind of aid in alignment lets your body learn how a pose should feel.

TRX suspension is also a great tool for beginners as it allows you to ease into more complex poses.


PIYO

PIYO is a unique blend of strength training and core conditioning, a perfect combination of Pilates and Yoga set to vibrant music.  It is all about energy, power and rhythm.  This is unlike anything you’ve ever done before.  If there is one class that can change your body THIS IS IT.


Pilates Barre

This class is designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body. We offer fat burning workouts that integrate the use of the ballet barre, light weights and various props. Students will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat and thighs.


Zen Zumba

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
